Can I return my product?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days.
Condition: Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Fees: For a change of mind, the customer covers all round-trip shipping costs.

What if my item is damaged?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
Evidence: An unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package is strictly required. Claims: The shipping label and damage must be clearly visible in the video.
Costs: If confirmed defective, KPARC covers all return shipping costs.
Contact: Reach out to support@kparc.shop within 14 days.

If you believe there was a billing error, please contact us immediately.
We will review your transaction and refund any overpaid amount right away.
