Terms of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the online store “KPARC”, operated by DHS EUROPE GmbH, by customers located in the European Union.

2. Products
All products offered in the online store are described as accurately as possible. Minor deviations may occur due to product updates or display settings.

3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are final prices and include applicable value-added tax (incl. VAT) in accordance with EU regulations.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

4. Contract Conclusion
A binding purchase contract is concluded once the customer completes the order process and receives an order confirmation email.

5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.

6. Delivery
Delivery is available to Germany and other EU countries. Estimated delivery times and shipping conditions are described in the Shipping Policy.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.

8. Returns and Refunds
Conditions for returns and refunds are governed by the Return Policy available on the website.

9. Liability
Statutory liability rights apply. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
