Return & Refund Policy (KPARC)

1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email at support@kparc.shop.

2. Return Conditions & Procedure

To be eligible for a return under your right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within the 14-day window.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns (items sent back without our prior email approval) will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To protect both the customer and KPARC, we strictly require evidence for any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items.

  • You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer package.
  • The shipping label and the specific issue (damage/defect/missing part) must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in the denial of your claim, as we cannot verify the condition of the item upon arrival.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you exercise your right of withdrawal due to a simple change of mind, you are responsible for the full round-trip shipping cost (initial delivery fee + return shipping fee). This total amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is confirmed defective or incorrect through a valid unboxing video, KPARC will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.).
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., beauty products).
  • Sale items and Gift cards.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you do not see the refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@kparc.shop.
