    When will my order be delivered?

    Can I return my product?

    Yes. If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us at support@kparc.shop before sending the item back.

    Returned items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

    What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us at support@kparc.shop as soon as possible.

    To process your claim, we require a continuous unedited unboxing video showing:

    -The sealed outer package before opening
    -The shipping label clearly visible
    -The damage or issue with the product

    This helps us verify the condition of the package upon arrival. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, and KPARC will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
