[Online Sales and Shipping Information]

1. Online sales quantities are limited, and online sales may end early if items sell out.
2. Online orders will be shipped sequentially after the offline pop-up period has ended. In-store pickup at the offline pop-up is also available for online orders.
3. Reserved delivery items (pre-order items) are scheduled to arrive and be shipped in July, and will be shipped sequentially after they are received.
* If reserved delivery items are purchased together with regular items under the same order number, the entire order will be shipped together based on the shipping schedule of the reserved delivery items.
4. Orders will be shipped based on the order number. Separate shipments within the same order number or combined shipping between different order numbers are not available.
5.If there is a defect with an item purchased online, we recommend filming an unboxing video before opening the product to ensure a smooth review and handling process.
6. Online sales are available only for orders with a shipping address in an EU country.

[On-site Pickup Notice]

1. Pickup notification emails will be sent sequentially starting from 10:00 AM on June 24, when the offline pop-up begins.
2. Pickup is not available before receiving the pickup notification email. Please visit the pop-up only after receiving the email.
3. CUSHION KEYRING and BALL CAP MD are pre-order items and are expected to arrive in July.
4.If pre-order items are ordered together with other products under the same order number, the entire order will be available for pickup after the pre-order items arrive in July.
5. Partial pickup is not available. If you would like to receive certain items earlier, please place a separate order for pre-order items and regular items.

[Exchange and Refund Policy for Online Orders]

1. Exchanges and refunds are not available if the product label, tag, packaging, or included components are damaged or removed.
2. Exchanges and refunds are not available if the product is damaged, contaminated, or impaired due to the customer’s responsibility.
3. Exchanges and refunds are not available if there are signs of use, such as stains, wear, body odor, perfume, or washing.
4. Exchanges and refunds are not available if the exchange/refund request is submitted more than 14 days after receiving the product.
5. Exchanges and refunds are not available if the product is returned without prior request or approval.
6. Order cancellation and quantity changes due to change of mind are only available during the online sales period.
7. After the online sales period ends, order cancellation and quantity changes may not be available. Please make sure to check the product name, option, and quantity carefully before placing your order.
8. Return shipping fees and reshipping fees due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
9. If a product defect or incorrect delivery is confirmed, an exchange will be processed for the same product or the same option.
10. If the same product or option is out of stock at the time of exchange, an exchange may not be available, and the order may be processed as a refund.
11. Refunds will be processed after the returned product arrives and its condition has been checked.
12. If signs of use, damage, contamination, or missing components are found during the inspection, the refund may be limited or declined.
